        Summary: Come-For Sales GPS is a workforce management application that collects location data, personal information, and work activity data from authorized sales representatives. This data is used exclusively for business operations including route tracking, task management, and performance reporting.

This Privacy Policy describes how Come-For LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information through the Come-For Sales GPS mobile application ("App") and related web services.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Who We Are

Come-For LLC is a company registered in Ukraine that manufactures and distributes mattresses and sleep products. The App is designed for internal use by our sales representatives and administrators to manage customer visits, track field operations, and improve sales efficiency.

3.2 Location Data

        Important: This App collects precise GPS location data, including when the App is running in the background during active work shifts (check-in to check-out).

Location tracking is active only during working hours (between check-in and check-out). The App does not track your location outside of active work shifts.

Customer Visit Verification: Confirming that sales representatives physically visit customer locations using GPS proximity checks.
Reporting: Generating operational reports including visit summaries, task completion rates, and attendance records.
Notifications: Sending push notifications about task assignments, visit updates, and system alerts.
App Functionality: Authentication, user interface customization, and offline data synchronization.
Security: Preventing unauthorized access and maintaining data integrity.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using the following services:

Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud) — Account credentials and authentication tokens
Cloud Firestore (Google Cloud) — All application data including user profiles, tasks, visits, and customer records
Firebase Cloud Storage (Google Cloud) — Photos and uploaded files
Local device storage (Hive) — Cached data for offline functionality, authentication tokens, and user preferences

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Firebase services comply with SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 certifications and ISO 27001 standards.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Your data may be shared with:

Google (Firebase): As our infrastructure provider, Google processes data on our behalf under their Firebase Data Processing Terms.
Company administrators: Admin users within the organization can view sales representative data for management purposes.
Legal authorities: When required by applicable law, court order, or government regulation.

7. Data Retention

Account data: Retained for the duration of your employment. Deleted within 90 days of account deactivation upon request.
Location data: Retained for 12 months for operational reporting, then anonymized or deleted.
Visit records and photos: Retained for 24 months for business documentation.
Activity logs: Retained for 12 months.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (see our Data Deletion page).
Portability: Request your data in a portable format.

9. Location Data Permissions

The App requests the following location permissions:

Precise Location (GPS): Required for customer proximity verification and route tracking.
Background Location: Required to continue tracking during active work shifts when the App is not in the foreground. This is only active between check-in and check-out.

You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. However, this will limit the App's core functionality (visit verification and route tracking).

10. Push Notifications

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications about task assignments, visit updates, and system alerts. You can disable notifications through your device settings.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside of Ukraine (primarily in the European Union and United States) through Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure. These transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards including Google's data processing agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when the latest revision was made.
