Request the deletion of your personal data from Come-For Sales GPS
Your Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems. We are committed to honoring your data deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:

Send an email to privacy@come-for.ua with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include the following information in your email to help us verify your identity and locate your data:
- Your full name (as registered in the App)
- The email address or phone number associated with your account
- Your employee ID (if applicable)
- A brief description of the data you want deleted (or "all data")

Wait for confirmation. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete the following data:

| Visit photos | Permanently deleted from cloud storage | Within 30 days |
| Attendance records | Anonymized (user reference removed) | Within 30 days |
| Task assignments | Anonymized (user reference removed) | Within 30 days |
| Activity feed entries | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| Notification history | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| FCM token (push notification) | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| Local device data (Hive cache) | Deleted when you uninstall the App | Immediate (user action) |
Important Notes:
- Some business records (visit summaries, task completion records) may be anonymized rather than deleted to maintain the integrity of aggregate business reports. Your personal identity will be removed from these records.
- We may retain certain data if required by applicable law, legal proceedings, or legitimate business interests (e.g., financial records for tax purposes). We will inform you if any exceptions apply.
- Data deletion is irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Local Data
In addition to requesting server-side deletion, you should also remove locally stored data from your device:
On iOS:
- Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage
- Find Come-For Sales GPS in the app list
- Tap Delete App — this removes the App and all local data
On Android:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Come-For Sales GPS
- Tap Storage > Clear Data to remove cached data
- Tap Uninstall to remove the App completely
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we verify all deletion requests before processing. We may ask you to:
- Confirm your identity via the email or phone number associated with your account
- Provide additional identifying information if we cannot verify your identity from the initial request
After Deletion
- Your account will be permanently deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in.
- Any active sessions will be terminated immediately.
- Push notifications will stop.
- Your data will no longer appear in admin dashboards or reports (or will appear as anonymized).
